  • Starting Wednesday Oct 1 , Mindfulness Meditation training is offered on the 1st Wednesday of each month, and includes basic instruction  and theory of Mindfulness Meditation, practice and Q&A.

    Appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators. Instruction is FREE and open to everyone. 

    Time

    6-7pm for NYUMC Health Care Community.

    7-8pm for patients you wish to recommend to learn meditation, or for anyone who can’t get to the earlier session.
